You are the only ones we can turn to
Here is a letter from the Rebbe to R' Volf Greenglass dated 13th Nissan 5703. It refers to the two matters of Beis Rivkah and the bochur from Vancouver that were mentioned in the previous letter. In addition there is mention of the Sefer Torah Lekabolas Pnei Moshiach, the Rebbe is suprised that some of the tmimim hadn't yet purchased letters. It would seem there is a part of the letter missing if anyone has that part please share.

its printed in igrois koidesh chailek alef omud 118 thank you kanire its the whole letter
they just put onfrom shalom hazon on shluchim exchange (erev Shabbos) from 5725 I couldn't open it maybe you put it up.
