This letter (sent to Reb Volf Greenglass of Montreal) is a michtav kloli already printed in Igros Kodesh vol. 4 p. 126. The additions in ksav yad kodesh have not been printed to the best of my knowledge, and include a couple of interesting points. First of all, it is apparant that Reb Volf was already sending his panim through the Rebbe long before Yud Shevat 5711 (who they were addressed to I don't know, although I'm almost certain they were addressed to the Rebbe) and the Rebbe's concern about someone's welfare is also noteworthy. Second of all, does anyone know what the history is with regards bichlach Dach from Yas? Yas is the second largest city in Romania and was home to some 30,000 Jews before the Second World War, however, I'm curious as to how bichlach Dach managed to end up there.

Great stuff, Thank you and keep them coming.
Their were Chabad chassidim in Yas and I read that the רב"ש בן הצ"צ visited there.
I think the rov there at one point was a chassid of the tzemach tzedek.
there was a chossid of the Rebbe (Rasha"b) N"E who was sent there on shlichus.
