good question, i'm not sure when it is right to leaves names in and when not. for example, the letter to the rov about giving a woman a heter to not get pregnant was printed in igros kodesh without his name, so i felt it would be wrong to leave the name in, although i'm not clear why it needs to be concealed. so at the moment i'm more inclined to delete names, unless it's clearly l'shvach.
