Necessity to Learn Chassidus
In this letter the Rebbe strongly advocates the necessity to learn Chassidus from a purely halachik perspective. The writing style is also more forceful than is usual in the English letters.

On the second page in the 6 constant mitzvos from sefer hachinuch the Rebbe writes "((2) Not to believe in any other) thing" it's written over a different word. What is the word underneath?
could be 'being'
